I see BEVM node is a waste of time and money, you can’t communicate with them and they are not responsive, I just set it 4 days ago, how can I claim a refund?

We don’t have a refund for Spheron built-in. It’s an infra provider. We have also added many other nodes. Please feel free to experience them as well in the meantime. Also, team Spheron is very responsive in terms of solving queries. Accept weekends.
